HOW DO THE CANDLE RI¢H BOXES WORK?

Each month you'll receive an exclusive Private Suite Collection® fragrance & other self-care items that won’t be available on the site. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

CANDLE RICH subscription box orders ship between the 15th and 18th of each month. Boxes will be shipped in batches – with the earliest being the 15th and the latest being the 18th.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged on the 15th of each month. Note: Prepaid plans will automatically renew.

(For example: If you were to purchase the monthly subscription box, you will be charged every month on the 15th until cancellation. If you have 3-month package, you will be charged every three months on the 15th of that month until cancellation.)

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO PURCHASE?

CANDLE RI¢H subscription box is an auto renew, month-to-month service. Once you've signed up, you’re good to go! Payments will automatically be processed on the 15th of each month and your subscription box will automatically be sent out to you.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT THE NEXT SCENT WILL BE?

You won’t! That’s the beauty of this experience. Each box contains a different blend of fragrance notes that will transform your scentuary into a luxurious mood… The fun is the surprise that awaits! The fragrance of the month will be posted on Private Suite’s social media pages (@privatesuiteco) after they’ve been shipped out. If the fragrance of the month isn’t your cup of tea… It’s recommended that you gift it to a loved one or friend. Share the luxury...

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Yes, there is a $5 flat rate S&H charge for all CANDLE RI¢H subscription boxes.

CAN I USE A PREPAID CARD TO PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

At this time, Private Suite Collection® is unable to accept prepaid cards as payment for subscription boxes. 

CAN I SKIP A MONTH OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Sure! To skip a month, just log in to your subscription page. Click the "Manage Subscription" button & then "Edit Subscription". Select the "Manage upcoming orders" in the dropdown. You will be able to view orders for the next several months. At that point, you can opt to skip any month you don’t want to receive a box.   

WHERE CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING & BILLING INFORMATION?

To update your shipping or billing information, just log in to your subscription page & click the "Manage Subscription" button. Click on "Edit Subscription" and then select the "Address and shipping information" dropdown option. From there, click the "Edit" link beneath your shipping or billing address to update. Click "Save Changes" when you are complete, and be sure to double-check the new address under the “address and shipping information” section.

WHEN WILL I STOP GETTING MONTHLY BOXES?

The gifts won’t stop giving unless you decide to cancel.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

Aww, sorry to see you go! If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the “Subscription Manger” page. All you need to do is log in and click the "Manage Subscription" link. If you have the monthly subscription, you'll be able to cancel right away. Click the "Manage" dropdown option and select "Cancel". If you have a 3-month prepaid subscription, select the "Manage" dropdown option, then click "Prepaid Settings." From there, change the dropdown option on the pop-up that appears to “No” so your subscription does not renew.
