Most Private Suite Collection® candles, melts, & sprays are made by hand. If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours (along with pictures of the damaged/defective items), so that we can review & process an exchange for the same item. If it has been 48 hours since your delivery, unfortunately, an exchange cannot be issued. Currently, refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Please Note: Private Suite Collection® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number has been issued, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
