Most Private Suite Collection® candles, melts, & sprays products are made to order. Currently, we do not offer refunds. If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours (along with pictures of the damaged/defective items), so that we can review & process an exchange for the same item. If it has been 48 hours since your delivery, unfortunately, an exchange cannot be issued.
Please Note: Private Suite Collection® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number has been issued, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
